Open questions and lessons sit here rather than in a closing report, because they are what the next pilot needs and the next pilot starts before this one ends.
Open questions
- Does the measured hour reduction hold for pursuits outside the two participating practice groups?
- Who maintains the source library as pursuit volume grows?
Lessons learned
- Eleven fabricated or stale project details were caught in review across 38 pursuits. Review is doing real work, not ceremony.
- Writers used the tool most where the source library was well maintained. Library quality predicted value more than tool capability did.
- The hour savings were smaller than the requester's original estimate and still worth it.
