Required fields
The guidance matters more than the field name. A field labelled “risks” with no guidance gets filled in with “standard AI risks” and the artifact stops being worth reading.

What was still unclear, and what changed
- Nine respondents asked what to do when the output is plausible but they cannot verify it. Became a new quick reference published 2026-08-05.
- Six asked whether reviewing counts as billable project time. Routed to Operations — a process question the program cannot answer.
- Four asked for discipline-specific examples. Structural and Civil variants of the workshop scheduled for October.
